Ce sont des sources de glucides dits complexes, souvent appel\u00e9s \u00ab sucres lents \u00bb, qui apportent une \u00e9nergie progressive au corps.<\/p>\n<p><span>\ud83d\udc49<\/span><span>\u00a0Attention toutefois : tous les pains ne se valent pas.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\n<p class=\"\"><span>Les pains sucr\u00e9s (craquelins, brioches, cramiques, viennoiseries) se trouvent tout en haut de la pyramide, dans la cat\u00e9gorie des\u00a0<strong>extras<\/strong>, \u00e0 consommer avec mod\u00e9ration.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"\"><span><\/span><span>Les pains blancs, complets ou aux c\u00e9r\u00e9ales restent des\u00a0<strong>aliments de base<\/strong>, mais leurs qualit\u00e9s nutritionnelles diff\u00e8rent.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Il existe par ailleurs plusieurs versions de la pyramide alimentaire : certaines placent les f\u00e9culents juste apr\u00e8s les boissons peu caloriques (eau, th\u00e9\u2026), d\u2019autres privil\u00e9gient d\u2019abord l\u2019\u00e9tage des fruits et l\u00e9gumes.
