Cette poudre contient g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement du bicarbonate, un acide et de la f\u00e9cule.<\/p>\n<p>Sous l\u2019effet de la <strong>chaleur<\/strong>, le bicarbonate lib\u00e8re du gaz carbonique (CO\u2082). Mais attention : comme il contient du sodium (Na), tout comme le sel de cuisine (NaCl), ce sont les ions Na\u207a qui envoient la saveur sal\u00e9e \u00e0 notre cerveau.
