In the Kitchen with Carole Equeter… and a Pinch of Science
Through my cooking workshops, I invite you to discover how science can reveal the true essence of flavour. The atmosphere is warm, inclusive and relaxed. Whether you're a complete beginner or an experienced cook, you are most welcome! Please note: The workshops listed below are currently conducted in French. However, English-speaking participants are welcome — I’m happy to provide explanations in English when needed, to help you follow along comfortably. If you'd like to attend and would appreciate support in English, please mention this when registering so I can plan accordingly.
Locations • Most workshops are held at La Marcotte, 12 rue de l’Église, 7950 Huissignies. • The “choux” and “macaron” workshops take place at the Centre of Excellence in Hospitality, 86 rue Grande, 7330 Saint-Ghislain.
Upcoming Dates Check out the schedule below and book your spot quickly — they tend to sell like hotcakes! Once registered, you’ll receive a practical information email a few days before the workshop. It will include: – a reminder of the date, time and location – parking and room access details – a short list of items to bring (only things you already have at home — no need to buy anything!).
