With a pinch of science and a generous dose of good humour, Carole invites you to cook together and rediscover the simple joy of preparing a meal as a team — a genuine moment of connection that brings colleagues together, whether they’re seasoned food lovers or total beginners.
Step by step, participants are guided through the workshop, sharing a real moment of team bonding, curiosity and laughter — and leaving with the satisfaction of a delicious, home-made meal.
Available themes:
Breads & Cheeses
A workshop that blends tradition and creativity. Together, you’ll knead and shape a variety of special breads — with raisins, figs, walnuts, or seeds — all to accompany a cheese platter with fresh and dried fruits, and seasonal salads.
Flavours of Italy
A culinary journey to the heart of Italy, where teams create soft focaccia, pizzas with red or white sauce, and plain or cheesy ciabatta.
Pasta Fresca
Together, you’ll prepare your own fresh pasta: spaghetti, tagliatelle, stuffed ravioli… and even potato gnocchi, all accompanied by delicious sauces made during the workshop.
Each workshop can be completed with savoury appetisers or homemade desserts. préparations apéritives ou des desserts.
To extend the experience, the offer can include culinary gifts for your team members, such as aprons, chef’s hats, dough scrapers, pastry cutters, or even signed cookbooks — so the cooking fun can continue at home.
Each team building session is tailored to your needs: recipes, duration, theme, budget…
Workshops can take place:
– In the kitchens I regularly use in Huissignies or Saint-Ghislain (Hainaut, Belgium)
– At your own premises, provided they are suitably equipped
